How to get to the island
The little airport on the island handles solely domestic flights from Athens. It is also feasible to reach the island by ferry from Athens (Piraeus Port) or several other islands in the Aegean Sea.

Flight
Leros Municipal Airport receives only domestic flights from Athens International Airport "Eleftherios Venizelos". The flight from Athens to Leros lasts 50 minutes. Upon your arrival in Leros, you should take a taxi from the airport to your hotel. Click here for flight information.

Ferry
Four times every week, ferries leave the Athens port of Piraeus towards the island of Leros. The journey takes around eight hours. Leros is also linked to Rhodes, Patmos, Kos, Kalymnos, and Lipsi via ferry, allowing for island hopping! During the summer, ferries operate almost daily between the islands of the Dodecanese.
